Design & Build
Our halo offering “Design & Build “brings with it much higher levels of professional support and expertise and it brings our clients to the ultimate state of peace of mind. Design & Build is a project delivery method for the design and the construction of a building project. Differentiated by how the team is organised and how information flows throughout the project’s phases this popular approach is recognised for its ability to not only foster collaboration but to reduce the stress and risk assumed by our client. Unlike other delivery methods, Design & Build’s project team structure unites everyone under one shared goal: the success of the project as a whole – not just their respective phase. Because each partners success is measured by how well all the other elements do, Design & Build fosters a collaborative atmosphere where knowledge and expertise are shared.
Your exclusively appointed Architects of London Project Manager remains your one main point of contact throughout, meaning you do not have to manage the day-to-day project challenges as we enter into contracts with the other important project partners on your behalf. This can often translate to shorter construction schedules and potentially lower project costs.
Our Design and Build Team will step in for much of the risk management, contractual, and administrative tasks. The option allows you to free up your time and resources to focus on other aspects of the project you deem to be personally important.

Latest 3D
Design Software
At our state of the art home design studio we have invested in the latest design software that allow both our designers and clients to fully visualize how our creations are going to look in real life. There are various levels of visualization that we can apply from rendered images to medium quality fly throughs (like you see here) right up to real life animated CGI video. For the full immersive experience we can now drop you right into the middle of your new home using Virtual Reality as if you were actually there.
All this means its much easier to make changes to the designs than having to complete rectifying building work later. So it avoids wasted design time and potential disruption later.
Have a look at our short video to see how our 4 St Marys Road project looked using our middle level visual software AutoDesk Revit and Lumion.

3D Site Scanning
Utilising the latest surveying technology we now scan your entire property. Not only that, all surroundings are also scanned picking up heights of neighbouring properties and sizes of any prominent features which are essential for planning application purposes. Every tiny detail is picked up at the survey stage meaning our surveys are very accurate with no measurement errors that are commonplace with traditional surveys using laser distos and tape measures. With traditional surveying techniques the required level of detail and accuracy is simply not possible and is now considered an antiquated, slow method of measurement typically comprising of many errors. Our equipment and software is so accurate (measuring every 3mm of every surface) we can even determine details of nearby trees and shrubs that can have an effect on the structural design. Have a look at a recent scan we completed in the video here.
