Courteney is a member of the administration team and is usually your first point of contact. From your initial enquiry, to putting together your Design Report, to sending out your Service Agreement and booking in your survey, Courteney ensures that your first experience with TAOL is stress-free and positive. Courteney answers the phones and is always happy to help with any general queries or directing you to the right person. Courteney is knowledgeable about all of TAOL’s processes and has a good oversight of all projects which enables her to help you with any questions you might have. Courteney is also your dedicated Builder Liaison and will help to get you the best quotes for your project from our trusted builders. Courteney is proactive and efficient and ensures that the office runs smoothly day to day in order to give the best experience to its customers.
