Our project was on TV – Million Pound Garage Conversions – Channel 5

Did you catch the amazing two-storey luxury garage conversion in Kent on last night's Million Pound Garage Conversion on Channel 5?

We did and we remember this project fondly. What could be better than a showroom car garage with a decked out man cave underneath, complete with a functioning bar, pool table and bespoke poker table? Every man's at home paradise.

Our client Grenville Clay came to us with his idea to create a Man Cave/Garage at the bottom of the garden of his newly built detached dwelling. What was unique about this development was that the Garage/Man Cave was going to be split level as the land and access where the garage was to be located was much higher than the host dwelling.

That created a unique opportunity to have Grenville’s Ford Mustang and Harley Davidson to be on full display through a glass wall facing the house. We then created a bar area on the lower ground level without an outside hot tub and lounge area. A new pool table, poker table and games area complete the whole experience of this amazing space created in the heart of Kent county.

The Architects Of London completed a full design service from conception through to final construction designs and achieved full planning permission from their local Council in record time.
